How to concatenate 2 videos files with different format ?

1. Upload    a MP4 video file

2. Record    until the end of the mp4 video. If you want to record just a part of the mp4 video pause then slide the play cursor until the end

3. Upload    a  MKV video file to merge with the previous one

4. Record    until the end of the video. When the video is ended it will  pause  by itself
