How to overlay a transparent frame image over a video online ?

1. Click on      to upload a background video from your device
2. Click on       to upload a transparent frame PNG image from your device
3. As the natural size of the transparent frame PNG image is bigger than the canvas it is will display on full screen
4. Start to Record    your video with the frame overlaid
5. Wait for your video is ending or pause your video 
6. Download    your video with a transparent frame overlaid
