How to draw over a video on Android as video is playing ?

1. Upload your video (MP4, MKV or WebM format) from your Android device   
2.  Choose a color 
3. To start drawing over the video by taping on   
4. Start to record your video   
5. Tap the mobile screen with your finger to start drawing.
6. You can draw in real time as the background video is playing
7. If you use a low-end smartphone make sure to move your finger slowly for a smooth drawing.
8. To clear the last drawing line tap on   
9. Pause  your video 
10. Save your video on your Android device
