Live writing over video online

How to write over a video as the video is playing   ?

1.  Upload the background video you want to write over (MP4, MKV or WebM format)   
2. Set the play on loop on and reduce the playing rate
3. Choose a color 
4.  To write over the video click on the pencil     
5. Record  your video   
6.  To write as the video is recording hold the mouse  down   🖱
7. To clear each letter wrote click on   
8. Pause your video  with the writing over 
9. Now you can download your video  with the text over
