How to Overlay GIF sticker on video online ?
  1. Upload a video as an overlay background   
  2. Upload  a transparent GIF sticker   you want to insert over the video   
  3. Move the animated GIF outside the canvas by the left to hide it
  4. Start to record  the video   
  5. Get inside the canvas by the left to overlay the GIF on the video
  6. Let the video background play
  7. Move the GIF over the video
  8. Pause the video   
  9. Download the  video with the GIF overlaid
