How to Overlay transparent PNG image on video online ?
  1. Upload a video  as an overlay background   
  2. Upload  a transparent PNG image you want to put over the video   
  3. Move the PNG picture outside the canvas by the left to hide it
  4. Start to record   
  5. Get inside the canvas by the left to overlay the PNG image on the video
  6. Let the video background play
  7. Pause the video   
  8. Download the  video with the transparent PNG overlaid
