Make video from GIF and text

How to make animated video from GIF image and text overlay ?

1. Upload a GIF from your device     
2. To display GIF on full canvas move and hold the mouse down
3. Click once inside the canvas to set up the GIF in a fixed position
4. Start to record  your video   
5. Let the animated GIF play
6. double click inside canvas and type any text
7. To change the font size click on   
8.  Record your video     
9. Repeat step 6 to 8 until you finish adding text over GIF
10. Pause  your video   
11. Download your video
