How to make the video size smaller  ?

1. Change the canvas size by clicking a few times on      and select the 210 x 210 screen dimension
2. Upload the mp4 video you want to make smaller
3. Record your 
4. At the end of mp4 video playing the recording is Paused by itself  the video
5. download your lighter size video    and use it in a blog or Facebook comment for instance
